If your Bluemont Fair application is approved, we will ask you to send us a $40 check payable to Loudoun County for the temporary permit. Have a permit: Complete Section 2 – Permitted Food Establishments (Virginia) and upload it along with a permit valid through September 20, 2026. Specialty Food Instructions: Complete Section 3 – Packaged Food Manufacturers, and upload it, along with a VDACS (or other state regulatory) Approval/Inspection report valid through September 20, 2026. IMPORTANT: Include your business name in all uploaded file names. After you upload your materials, the Bluemont Fair will submit all required paperwork and payments to Loudoun County on your behalf.
