2022 Food Vendor Information and Application
Dear Prospective Food Vendor,
Welcome to the 2022 season. Here are links to food vendor information sheet and Loudoun County Temporary Food Permit Application.
The Bluemont Fair is a village-wide, two-day country fair with an estimated attendance of 7,000 – 10,000 visitors. This year will be our 52nd year. It’s always held on the third weekend of September, which falls on September 17th and 18th this year.
The vendor categories this year are:
• Food Concessionaire: Products that are prepared on-site for consumption on-site.
• Specialty Foods: Reduced fees for vendors with a limited product line that are not intended to be consumed on-site.
Vendor application acceptance will be based on uniqueness of foods offered, with locally sourced ingredients preferred, and the timeliness of our receipt of your completed application package. Last year we had to turn vendors away, so please be aware that the deadline is July 1 , 2022.
Please read the information sheet and application. If you have questions, feel free to e-mail me at weeks.nick@gmail.com or call me at 540-326-5350.
Many thanks,
Nick Weeks
