One of the goals of the Bluemont Fair is to support local businesses. If you live in or near Bluemont and represent a corporation or national business, and would like to participate in the Fair by selling your goods or services, please apply as a Local Corporate Business.

Local Corporate Business Information
- The 55th Annual Bluemont Fair will take place on September 20–21, 2025.
- Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified by email. If approved, your confirmation email will include additional details and a $300 vendor fee invoice.
- Insurance Requirement
- Approved vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing proof of liability coverage. For details, please refer to the Vendor and Exhibitor Insurance page.
- Please send your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to the Local Corporate Business Chair.
- Booth Information
- Booth spaces are approximately 12′ x 12′.
- Vendors must bring their own canopy, table, chairs, and other necessary items.
- Booths must be staffed from 10 AM to 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Please be prepared for all weather conditions—the Fair runs rain or shine.
- Admission Wristbands
- You will receive four wristbands (two per day).
- Additional wristbands may be purchased:
- At the gate on the day of the Fair, or
- In advance by emailing the Local Corporate Business Chair no later than one week before the Fair.
- Important Dates
- Application and COI Deadline: September 1, 2025
- Late Applications: After September 1, contact the Local Corporate Business Chair directly to check space availability. A $25 late fee will apply.
- Event Updates
- Details about setup times, site locations, parking, and more will be shared as the event approaches.
- Note: The Fair will be held rain or shine. However, in cases of extreme weather that present safety risks, the Fair Administration reserves the right to cancel the event.
